Downsize your life.

Downsize your life.

WHY?
It's rare these days to meet someone who doesn't feel overwhelmed by just about everything: too much information to absorb, too many new technologies to learn, too many meetings to attend, too many new products and trends to consider, just too many choices all round. It's debilitating.

HOW?
View it the way you do flying on a budget airline - you meet their luggage limit or get severely punished (and just about every time you find you can make do for three days without your luxury 3-pound hair dryer). There's always room for less. Prioritization isn't just what you want to do, it's increasingly what you ought not do. What can you delegate and eliminate, take off your plate or put on the back burner in each dimension of your life?
